Ree Projects is an Amsterdam-based luxury brand founded by designer Desiree Kleinen, that is quietly becoming synonymous with its distinctive yet understated line of luxury bags. Creating from a place of passion, with the vision to empower women through thoughtful design.
Kleinen honed her skills for twenty years at several leading luxury houses before launching her eponymous label. Her instinctive approach to creation is influenced by the world around her; she designs each bag with functional elegance at its core for a collection uniquely defined by sculptural elements and movement. Kleinen consciously observes inclusive, ethical, fair-trade, and sustainable design and production processes.
At Ree Projects, luxury is defined by the time, attention to detail and dedication to quality given to each piece.

The FW22 collection – Fragments of Serendipity – is the outcome of a continuous search for new, distinctive shapes. With an instinctive approach, inspired by the unexpected encounters in the every day, the process of the designer and the world around her.
Exploring and evolving the brands recognizable folded gussets and constructions into new shapes and styles; each bag is designed with functional elegance at its core for a collection uniquely defined by sculptural elements and movement.
One of the highlights of the collection is the new top handle bag Elieze. Inspired by and named after the designers Caribbean grandmother who taught her to make soap baskets at the age of eight. Elieze is a modern take on the top handle bag and an ode to her grandmother.
