Tomorrow London celebrates ten years of sponsoring the ANDAM Fashion Awards.
Created in 1989 by Nathalie Dufour and chaired by Guillaume Houzé, ANDAM nurtures and sustains the creativity that the luxury industry needs in order to thrive by recognising and supporting young fashion designers.
CEO of Tomorrow and 10th time ANDAM permanent jury member, Stefano Martinetto, looks back at his time as Chair of the Young Talents Prize in 2014 and 2022, where winners of the prize were Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant of Coperni, and Anthony Alvarez of Bluemarble — two of Tomorrow London’s brand partners.

“My first experience could not be more meaningful, walking into the Salon France Amerique for the first time was rather impressive”, recalls Stefano Martinetto, “I enjoyed participating in the conversation and strongly advocated for my favourite upcoming designers, Sebastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant at Coperni (Femme) who ultimately succeeded. The rest is history, we became business partners in 2019”.
The Pierre Bergé Prize, implemented by ANDAM in 2022 and won by Anthony Alvarez for Bluemarble is intended to reward a French company in the fashion sector, giving the brand the means to grow and access to an international audience. The winner received a year-long mentoring from Stefano Martinetto, who helped structure Bluemarble in its global growth.
“When it came to the upcoming talents [in 2022], the choice was difficult given the quality of the candidates”, shares Martinetto, “gladly, the always positive Anthony Alvarez won and it has been a privilege to mentor and support him for the past two years. Another great talent with a brilliant future”.
