Take a Closer Look at the A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Aeon Active CX – HYPEBEAST

Following the reveal of its official images, we now have a closer look at the A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Aeon Active CX that just landed on HBX in the “Black/Apple Green” colorway.
Combining Samuel Ross‘ signature architectural design cues and Converse’s innovative CX comfort technology, the collaborative silhouette is a performance-oriented sneaker with post-modern aesthetics.
The latest Aeon Active CX comes in alternating black panels comprising ripstop nylon, suede, and leather materials. Contrasting the body are the outline of the ankle cuff, a portion of the toe box, and the outsole in neon “Apple Green” color. Further exaggerating the sneakers are a protruding heel kick and the merged CX and Crater foam. Sized down Converse and ACW branding decorating the canvas and on the pull tabs round out the design.
