In a divided world, coming together is more vital than ever and if there is one positive to come out of the recent socio-political climate, it's a renewed sense of community. So, in reaction to the war in Ukraine, Tomorrow launches BETTTER+Given Name, a multifaceted platform that supports local talent, encourages collaboration, and builds global relations.

Each of the inaugural recipients – FROLOV, LITKOVSKA, KSENIASCHNAIDER, and TTSWTRS – are part of a new generation of design talent that continually ignite imagination and push the possibilities of what it means to be a Ukraine-based brand. While each of them have developed international recognition long before the war, Tomorrow’s support will help them take another step forward, together.

What does FROLOV mean to you and how will FROLOV shape tomorrow? FROLOV is my whole life without any exaggeration. The conception of our brand has never changed and only deepens in the research of human sexuality and provocation. Tomorrow and forever FROLOV will stay true to itself and the purpose it has been created with.

What is the strongest truth about FROLOV? It’s in the timelessness of our pieces. No matter the date a collection was created, it will be an everlasting item passed from one generation to another.

What excites you most about the Ukrainian fashion landscape today? All of our Ukrainian brands act with one mission today, which is to show to the whole world how strong of a nation we are. We’re continuing to fight, work and donate every single day. We hold the responsibility for our employees. And we want to showcase Ukrainian fashion as powerful industry that is able to resist the war despite it’s terrible consequences: create pierces under the sirens, ship everything on time and

How does it feel to be part of the BETTTER+Given Name initiative? It’s truly inspiring to have this opportunity to collaborate with such industry leaders like Tomorrow. Now we need this support now more then ever. And we happy to have Tomorrow as our partner and ally.

What would you say is the biggest opportunity that you’re excited to explore following this support? It gives us an outstanding platform to be seen and represent our creativity and hard work among world fashion leaders.

Finally, what are you doing tomorrow? Tomorrow we’ll keep on creating, working and figuring for our freedom, and we never stop until the victory is ours. So, please, don’t stop supporting Ukraine too, only united we can bring the light to win over darkness.

What does KSENIASCHNAIDER mean to you and how will KSENIASCHNAIDER shape tomorrow? This is my whole life, which is surprising and beautiful. KSENIASCHNAIDER is shaping tomorrow everyday with outstanding denim, sustainable approach, unique cuts, meme silhouettes, upcycling and zero-waste production, new meanings.

What would you say is the strongest truth about KSENIASCHNAIDER? We are a family company.

What excites you most about the Ukrainian fashion landscape today? I am very inspired by our strength and creativity, and the fact that we remain creative and kind despite difficult and dramatic circumstances.

How does it feel to be part of the BETTTER+Given Name initiative? I am very grateful to everyone who has supported us over the past six months. Thanks to this care and help, our brand continues to develop.

Finally, what are you doing tomorrow? I am going to wear my favourite pair of KSENIASCHNAIDER jeans and enjoy my life.

What does LITKOVSKA mean to you and how will LITKOVSKA shape tomorrow? Litkovska is my voice, the way to communicate my worldview, to relay how I sense the world. It is the space where my creative and spiritual growth is happening. So Litkovska tomorrow will most probably differ from today, expanded with new senses yet still filled with values.

What would you say is the strongest truth about LITKOVSKA? There is no wrong side. This is a part of our philosophy. When designing, we make sure to create the space for the owner of the outfit to improvise and express individuality, to really own it and style it in a desirable way. That is why our label is covered with a blank white layer - for the owner to write the initials as she joined the designing process when wearing the attire, bringing it to life. The way she does is absolutely up to her, as there is no wrong side.

What excites you most about the Ukrainian fashion landscape today? The union and awakening. Not only in fashion but all Ukrainians are united as never before. We all feel the importance of protecting our culture, our authenticity, and our DNA. Today we are standing as one.

How does it feel to be part of the BETTTER+Given Name initiative? This is a huge opportunity to speak louder and introduce ourselves to the world, which we are very grateful for.

Finally, what are you doing tomorrow? Tomorrow, LITKOVSKA is exploring, feeling, getting inspired, and bringing to life new creations filled with senses.

What does TTSWTRS mean to you? It’s a platform for the bravest experiments, the realisation of the most courageous ideas, and an instant response to internal and external challenges. It has become more than a clothing brand. It’s the sweetest game of being whoever you want to be, both for the creators and customers.

What would you say is the strongest truth about TTSWTRS? We have no boundaries and we strongly believe that humanity can unite to maintain an ecological balance for the planet. Switching our production to the most ecological way is one of our main goals. The creation of small capsules from completely organic materials, recycling of production wastes, eco-packaging, accepting things from customers for further recycling - those are the steps on which we have already implemented and those on which we are working right now.

What excites you most about the Ukrainian fashion landscape today? As in all spheres of Ukrainian business and beyond, the unity is impressive. Ukraine is home to the greatest talents, the most interesting minds.

What would you say is the biggest opportunity that you’re excited to explore following this support? We are unspeakably happy and grateful for the opportunity. For us, it is a milestone because Tomorrow has led to the success of those in whom we believed so much. On this occasion there is so much strength to keep going. So much generosity and kindness and commitment to create for us. It’s a major event that gave each of us even more hope and strength to move forward.

Finally, what are you doing tomorrow? Love, create, invent, build ourselves and our way, experiment, try new things. We are in perpetual motion. Our plans are clearly scheduled, but we always leave space and opportunity for full improvisation and courageous decisions.
