A-COLD-WALL* Reworks the Converse Weapon Ox – HYPEBEAST

A new era of A-COLD-WALL* (ACW) is on the way with the company’s sale to Tomorrow London prompting “a collective approach” to creative direction. However, one project that has been in the works for a while now is the brand’s reimagining of Converse’s Weapon Ox. The Weapon was formally reintroduced last month by Converse and is the centerpiece of the latest project from the duo, serving as a follow-up to their all-black version of their Geo Forma Boot that launched in late 2023.
This time around, ACW has applied suede and a wrinkled nylon to the low-cut silhouette, matching the detailing found throughout its complementary apparel range. The sneaker leans on a “Flint Gray” to occupy a majority of its build, with a “Rust” orange visible at the lining and the sole unit favoring a semi-translucent finish.
The A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Weapon Ox and its accompanying apparel is scheduled to release via A-COLD-WALL* on March 11.
